Walking
If you are in Darling Harbour, the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is a short walk away. From the main promenade, head towards the Cockle Bay Wharf. Walk along the waterfront, enjoying the view of the harbor. Continue walking until you see the large sign for SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium at 1-5 Wheat Rd. It should take you about 10-15 minutes to reach the entrance.

Ferry
If you are at Circular Quay or anywhere near the ferry terminals, you can take a ferry to Darling Harbour. Board a ferry that goes to Darling Harbour (e.g., the 'Darling Harbour' or 'Barangaroo' services). Once you disembark, follow the signs towards the main promenade, and then walk towards the aquarium entrance at 1-5 Wheat Rd, which is approximately a 5-minute walk.

Light Rail
You can take the light rail to the Exhibition Centre stop. Board the light rail service from either Central Station or any of the stops along the route. When you get off at the Exhibition Centre, exit the station and walk down the stairs towards the waterfront. Follow the path along the water, and you will see SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium ahead. The walk should take about 10 minutes.
