From Hobart, take the A1 highway heading north and follow it until you reach the junction with the A3. Continue on the A3 towards Launceston. Once in Launceston, follow the signs for Cataract Gorge. You can find parking available near the entrance to the reserve. Please note that parking may incur a fee, so be sure to have some coins or a card ready.
Public Transportation

It’s about a 30-minute walk (approximately 2.5 km). The path leads directly to the reserve, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding scenery along the way. There’s no cost for walking, and it’s a great way to experience the local area.
