Once you reach Strahan, follow the signs towards Henty Dunes. The dunes are located about 15 km south of Strahan along the Henty Dunes Road. The last stretch of road is unsealed, so be cautious if you're in a standard vehicle.

From Hobart, catch a bus to Strahan operated by Tassielink. The bus departs from the Hobart Transit Centre and takes about 6.5 hours to reach Strahan. Once in Strahan, you can take a taxi or arrange a local shuttle to take you to Henty Dunes. The taxi ride will cost approximately AUD 30-40 and takes about 15 minutes.
