If you're driving from Hobart, take the Brooker Highway (A1) towards Glenorchy. After about 15 minutes, take the exit towards Main Road/Berriedale. Continue on Main Road for approximately 3 kilometers, and you will find MONA at 655 Main Rd, Berriedale. Parking is available on-site.
