Follow the A1 for about 3 kilometers, then take the exit toward Trevallyn. Merge onto Trevallyn Drive and follow the signs to Tailrace Park, which will be on your left. There is free parking available at the park.

To reach Tailrace Park via public transportation, start at Launceston's central bus station. Board the Metro Tasmania bus service that heads to Trevallyn. Once you arrive at the Trevallyn stop, it is a short 5-minute walk to Tailrace Park. Follow Trevallyn Drive towards the park entrance.

If you are already in Trevallyn, you can walk to Tailrace Park. From the center of Trevallyn, head south to Trevallyn Drive. Follow Trevallyn Drive for about 1 kilometer until you reach Tailrace Park. This walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The park entrance will be on your right side.
