Car
If you are driving, start from the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. Head south on the main road (Luritja Road) towards Uluru. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will see signs for the Mala Walk. Turn left onto the road leading to the Mala Walk trailhead. Continue on this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area. Park your vehicle here. From the car park, follow the marked Mala Walk trail which leads you to Kantju Gorge. The walk to the gorge is roughly 2 kilometers one way and takes about 1-2 hours to complete.

If you are using public transport, check the schedules for the Uluru Bus Service that operates within the park. You can catch a bus from the Ayers Rock Resort to the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. From there, you can join a guided tour that includes a visit to Kantju Gorge. Make sure to book your tour in advance, as spots can fill up quickly.
