Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Healesville, head south on Maroondah Highway (A300) for about 15 km. Continue on the A300 until you reach the junction with the B300 at Chirnside Park. Turn left onto the B300 (Lilydale Road) and continue for about 12 km until you reach the town of Belgrave. From Belgrave, follow the signs to Dandenong Ranges National Park. You will see signs directing you to School Road. Follow School Road to the entrance of the park.

  • Public Transportation

    Start your journey at the Healesville bus station. Board the bus heading to Lilydale. Once you arrive in Lilydale, transfer to the train at the Lilydale railway station. Take the train to Belgrave station. From Belgrave, you can either walk or take a local bus to Dandenong Ranges National Park. Follow the signs from Belgrave to School Road, where the park entrance is located.

  • Car

    From Yarra Glen, take the Yarra Glen Road towards the Maroondah Highway (A300). Merge onto the A300 and head south for about 22 km. At the junction with the B300, turn left onto Lilydale Road. Continue on this road for approximately 12 km until you reach Belgrave. Once in Belgrave, follow the signs to the Dandenong Ranges National Park via School Road.

  • Public Transportation

    Begin at the Yarra Glen bus stop and take a bus towards Lilydale. Get off at the Lilydale train station and board the train heading to Belgrave. After arriving at Belgrave, you can either walk to Dandenong Ranges National Park, which is about a 30-minute walk, or take a local bus that will take you directly to the entrance on School Road.
