Once you arrive at Wien Meidling, transfer to the U-Bahn (subway) line U6 towards Floridsdorf. Get off at the station 'Karlsplatz' (3 stops). From Karlsplatz, follow the signs for the U1 line and transfer to U1 towards Leopoldau. Get off at 'Stephansplatz' (1 stop). Exit the station and head towards the Opernring. Walk along the Opernring street for about 5 minutes until you reach Opernring 3-5, where VPG Vienna PASS GmbH is located.
