    From Innsbruck, take the bus number 590 from the central bus station (Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof) towards Neustift im Stubaital. The bus departs regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes. You will pass through beautiful landscapes and reach the stop 'Mutterbergalm', which is the closest stop to Stubai Glacier. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs towards the Stubai Glacier cable car station, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

    Take a train from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof to Fulpmes. The train journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Fulpmes, transfer to bus number 590 towards Neustift im Stubaital. This bus will take you to the 'Mutterbergalm' stop. After disembarking, walk to the Stubai Glacier cable car station, which is clearly marked and only a short walk away.
