From the parking area, you will see the cable car station for the Hungerburgbahn.

Take the Hungerburgbahn cable car from Hungerburg to Seegrube. The cable car operates frequently, approximately every 15 minutes, and the ride offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The ticket for the cable car costs around €11.50 for a one-way journey or €18.50 for a round trip. Make sure to check the operating hours, as they may vary throughout the season.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (main train station) to Hungerburg. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Hungerburg, follow the same steps as above to take the cable car to Seegrube.

For the more adventurous, you can hike from Hungerburg to Seegrube. This hike is about 2.5 kilometers and takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
