From Karwendel, head south on the B177 towards the town of Pertisau. After about 15 km, merge onto the A12 motorway heading southwest towards Innsbruck. Continue for approximately 30 km and then take the exit for B2 towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Follow B2 for about 20 km until you reach the fork, then take the B23 towards Ettal. After approximately 10 km, follow signs for Linderhof Palace (Schloss Linderhof) which will be located on your left.
