Walking
Start your journey at the Salzburg Main Train Station (Salzburg Hauptbahnhof). Exit the main building and head towards the bus station. Locate Bus 3, which is headed towards 'Sankt-Peter-Bezirk'. Board the bus and enjoy the ride for approximately 10 minutes. Disembark at the 'Sankt-Peter-Bezirk' stop. From there, walk straight towards Sankt-Peter-Bezirk 3, following the signs for the Wasserrad, which is located a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are near the Old Town (Altstadt), start at the Mirabell Palace (Schloss Mirabell). From the palace, walk across the Mirabell Bridge (Marktbrücke) towards the Old Town. Continue straight until you reach the Getreidegasse. Turn left on Getreidegasse and follow it until you reach the Mozartplatz. From Mozartplatz, head towards the Sankt Peter's Abbey (Stift St. Peter), located just a few blocks away. The Wasserrad is located at Sankt-Peter-Bezirk 3, right next to the Abbey, which is about a 15-minute walk from the palace.

From the Getreidegasse, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Hanuschplatz'. Take tram line 1 towards 'Südtiroler Platz'. After about 4 stops, get off at 'Sankt-Peter-Bezirk'. Once you exit the tram, walk a short distance to Sankt-Peter-Bezirk 3. The Wasserrad is easily identifiable and located near the historic parts of the area.
