If you are starting from the historic center of Salzburg, head towards Getreidegasse, the famous shopping street. Walk along Getreidegasse until you reach the intersection with Sigmund-Haffner-Gasse. Turn right onto Sigmund-Haffner-Gasse, and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Franziskanerkirche will be on your left at Sigmund-Haffner-Gasse 13.

From Mirabellplatz, take bus number 5 towards 'Salzburg Süd'. Get off at 'Makartplatz' (about 3-4 stops). Once you get off, walk towards the direction of the Salzach river and cross the bridge. Continue straight until you reach Getreidegasse. From there, turn left and walk until you reach Sigmund-Haffner-Gasse. Turn right, and you will find the Franziskanerkirche on your left at Sigmund-Haffner-Gasse 13.

Exit the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station) and head towards the bus stops in front of the station. You can either take bus number 2 or 6 towards 'Alte Universität'. If you prefer to walk, exit the station and follow the path through the park towards Mirabell Palace. Continue walking straight until you reach the Salzach River. Follow the river path south until you reach the historic center. From there, follow the directions provided earlier via Getreidegasse.
