Car
From Innsbruck, drive south on the A13 Brenner highway. Take the exit towards Stubaital. Follow the Stubaital road to the end, reaching the Stubai Glacier's Gamsgarten valley station. The Mutterberg Waterfall is located next to the parking area. Note that a toll is required for entering the Stubaital. Parking at Gamsgarten is available.
Public Transport
From Innsbruck, take a bus, tram, or train to the Stubai Valley. Once in the valley, use the local bus to reach the Stubai Glacier valley station. The waterfall is a short walk from the bus stop at Gamsgarten. A single bus fare within the Stubai Valley is approximately €3-5. The regional bus is free with the Stubai Super Card.
Walking
From the Gamsgarten valley station parking area, the Mutterberg Waterfall is visible. Cross the wooden bridge to reach the viewing platform. The walk is very short, taking only a minute or two.
