A round trip cable car ticket costs approximately €20. From the top station, follow the marked hiking trails to Mairspitze (approximately a 1-hour hike). Bus fare from Innsbruck to Neustift is approximately €4-6.

    Drive to Neustift im Stubaital. From the village center, take the B183 road towards the Stubaital Glacier. Continue on B183 until you reach the parking area near the Elferbahnen cable car station. From the parking area, take the Elferbahn cable car to the top station. From there, follow the marked hiking trails to Mairspitze (approximately a 1-hour hike). Parking fees may apply at the Elferbahnen cable car station. Ensure you have a 'Vignette' toll sticker for Austrian motorways.

    From the Nürnberger Hütte, a well-known mountain hut, follow the trail upwards. The trail traverses meadows, rocky slopes, and scree fields. The hike to Mairspitze from the Nürnberger Hütte takes approximately 4-6 hours. Note that this is a strenuous hike.
