Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Ternberg train station, follow the signs for the Ebenboden Rundweg. The path leads along the Bäckengrabenbach stream, passing the Spielhofer-Kapelle and Zeilermaier-Kapelle. Continue towards Dürnbach, and after a short distance on the main road, a path on the right leads to the Fallerbucht Waterfall. The walk is approximately 3 km and should take about 1 hour.

  • Public Transport

    Take the Ennstalbahn to Dürnbach train station. From the station, walk left (towards Steyr) along the sidewalk for about 300 meters until you reach a chapel. Turn right onto the well-marked Enns Aktiv Weg. After about 500 meters, there is a short stretch of road. After the house on the left, turn in between both. Follow the signs to the Fallerbucht Waterfall. A single train fare from Steyr to Dürnbach costs approximately €4-6.
