From any central location in Vienna, take the U-Bahn (subway) to the 'Karlsplatz' station. This station is served by lines U1, U2, and U4. Once you arrive at 'Karlsplatz', follow the signs for the exit towards 'Opernring'. After exiting the station, you will be at the Ringstraße, a major boulevard. Walk towards the 'Oper' (Vienna State Opera) which will be directly in front of you. From the opera house, head east towards the 'Burgring'. Continue straight on until you reach 'Lobkowitzplatz'. The Gallery at the Albertina - Zetter GmbH is located at Lobkowitzplatz 1, right next to the Albertina Museum. The total walking distance from the 'Karlsplatz' station to the gallery is approximately 10 minutes.

If you are already in the vicinity of the historic center (Innere Stadt), you can simply walk to the Gallery at the Albertina - Zetter GmbH. For example, if you're near St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansdom), head south on Stephansplatz towards the Graben. Continue on Graben until you reach the Kohlmarkt. Turn left onto Platz, and then right onto Herrengasse. Walk straight until you reach the Ringstraße and turn left. Continue walking until you reach the 'Oper' (Vienna State Opera), and then follow the previous directions to Lobkowitzplatz. This route takes about 15-20 minutes on foot.

You can also take tram line 1 or 2 to 'Opernring' or 'Burgring' stops, which are very close to the Albertina. From 'Opernring', head towards the Vienna State Opera and then follow the directions as previously mentioned to Lobkowitzplatz. If you get off at 'Burgring', you will only need to walk a few minutes to reach the gallery, making it a total of about 5 minutes on foot from either tram stop.
