To reach the Natureispalast, begin by traveling to Hintertux. From the Hintertuxer Gletscherbahn valley station (Hintertux 794, 6293 Tux), purchase a 'Panoramic ticket Fascination Ice (Ascent & descent Gefrorene Wand 3,250 m)'. Then, ascend using the Gletscherbus 1, 2, and 3 cable cars to the 'Gefrorene Wand' top station at 3,250m. The ride takes approximately 45 minutes, offering stunning views. Upon exiting Gletscherbus 3, the Natureispalast office is immediately to your left. The entrance is a short, signposted 200m walk from the office. The 'Panoramic ticket Fascination Ice (Ascent & descent Gefrorene Wand 3,250 m) from 08:00 a.m.' costs €53,50. A separate ticket is required for the Natureispalast tour itself, costing €39 for adults and €15 for children (6-14 years), and can be purchased online or at the office, subject to availability.
