The Zillertalbahn railway provides a convenient way to access various points along the Radweg am Ziller. From Jenbach, take the Zillertalbahn to any of the stations along the valley, such as Uderns, Fügen, or Mayrhofen, and begin your cycling journey from there. A single fare from Jenbach to Uderns costs approximately €6. Bikes can be transported on the Zillertalbahn for a fee.

If you are already in Uderns, for example near the main church, the Radweg am Ziller is easily accessible by foot. Head east towards the Ziller River, following local signs for 'Radweg'. The path is well-marked and runs parallel to the river. The walk from the center of Uderns to the Radweg takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

If arriving by car, parking is available in Uderns. From the main road, follow signs towards the center of the village. Limited free parking is available near the church and the town hall. From there, follow walking directions to access the Radweg am Ziller. Parking is generally free, but it can be limited during peak season.
