Getting There

Walking

If you are starting from the Baku Boulevard area, head northeast along the boulevard until you reach the intersection with Neftchilar Avenue. Turn left on Neftchilar Avenue and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Fountains Square. From Fountains Square, continue straight on Neftchilar Avenue for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the intersection with Azadlıq Prospekti (Freedom Avenue), turn right. Continue on Azadlıq Prospekti for a short distance until you see Freedom Square on your left.
Metro

If you are near a metro station, take the Baku Metro and board the line heading towards the '28 May' station. After arriving at '28 May', exit the station and head towards the surface. From there, walk straight down the street until you reach the intersection with Azadlıq Prospekti. Turn left and continue walking for a few minutes until you see Freedom Square on your left.
Public Bus

Find a nearby bus stop and take any bus heading towards the city center. You can take buses numbered 7, 11, or 14. Notify the driver to drop you off at Azadlıq Prospekti. Once you disembark, walk along Azadlıq Prospekti in the direction of the city center for a short distance until Freedom Square appears on your left.
Taxi (if necessary)

If you prefer not to walk or use public transportation, you can hail a taxi. Simply tell the driver to take you to Freedom Square (Azadlıq Meydanı). The square is well known, so most drivers will understand your request. The ride will be quick, but ensure the driver uses the meter or agree on a fare beforehand.
