If you're traveling by car, start from Guba city center. Drive north on the Guba-Khachmaz road (A-191), which is well-marked. After approximately 20 kilometers, you'll reach the junction for the Quba-Xınalıq road. Turn left and continue for about 15 kilometers until you reach the village of Xınalıq. From there, you can either park your vehicle and walk, or if you're feeling adventurous, continue driving on the unpaved road that leads to the base of Xınalıq Dağı. Please be aware that a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the final stretch due to rough terrain.

Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, start by taking a bus from Guba city to the village of Xınalıq. Buses depart from the Guba bus station, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as service may not be frequent. Once you arrive in Xınalıq, you can either hike to Xınalıq Dağı or hire a local taxi to take you closer to the mountain base. Taxis in the area are usually available for hire and should cost around 10-15 AZN for a short trip to the mountain.
