From Nohurqishlaq, you'll likely need to hire a local taxi or 4x4 vehicle for the final, rougher part of the road leading closer to the waterfall entrance. Expect to pay around 5-15 AZN for this final taxi leg, depending on negotiation and vehicle type. There is no entrance fee to the waterfall itself.

From Gabala, take a minibus (marshrutka) to Vandam village. Buses leave from Gabala bus station regularly, and the fare is approximately 1-2 AZN. The journey takes about 40 minutes. From Vandam, hire a local taxi to Yeddi Gozel Waterfall, which will cost around 5-10 AZN depending on negotiation. From the taxi drop-off point, there is still a walking distance to the waterfall.
