From Bab Al Bahrain, the entrance to Manama Souq is directly behind you. Simply walk through the archway, and you'll find yourself immersed in the heart of the souq. No costs involved.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus, disembark at the Manama Bus Terminal or Bab Al Bahrain Station, both within a short walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the souq entrance. From the terminal, follow signs towards Bab Al Bahrain; the souq is located directly behind it. A single bus fare within Manama costs approximately 0.20 BHD.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis and ride-sharing services (Uber/Careem) can drop you off directly at Bab Al Bahrain. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Bab Al Bahrain' or 'Manama Souq'. From there, the souq entrance is immediately behind the Bab Al Bahrain building. A short taxi ride within Manama city center should cost approximately 1 to 3 BHD.
Driving
If driving, navigate to the Manama Souq area near Bab Al Bahrain. Parking can be found in nearby parking lots, including the Amakin SOUQ multi-story parking facility.
