If you are starting from the Lalbagh Fort, head southeast towards the intersection of Lalbagh Road and Hossaini Dalan Road. Once you reach this intersection, turn left onto Hossaini Dalan Road and walk straight for about 10 minutes. Hossaini Dalan Jame Masjid will be on your right at 57 Hossaini Dalan Road.

From the Sadarghat area, you can hire a rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to Hossaini Dalan Jame Masjid or simply say 'Hossaini Dalan Road'. The ride should take about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right in front of the mosque.

Take a bus heading towards Lalbagh from any central bus station. Look for buses with Lalbagh as part of their route. Once you arrive at Lalbagh, ask the bus conductor to let you know when to get off at Hossaini Dalan Road.
