Expect to pay between 800-1500 BDT for a round trip, depending on your negotiation skills and the season. From Motor Ghat, hire a local 'dingi' boat to enter the swamp forest. Boat fares typically range from 750-1500 BDT for a 1-2 hour tour, accommodating 4-6 people. Bargaining is common. Note that during peak season or holidays, fares may be slightly higher.

Public Transportation & Walking
Alternatively, from Sylhet, take a local bus from Kumarpara bus stand to Gowainghat. Buses run frequently and cost around 50-80 BDT. From Gowainghat, hire a CNG or rickshaw to the Shringi Bridge ( ভাড়া estimates 100-200 BDT). From Shringi Bridge, small boats are available to take you into the swamp. This option involves more travel time but is more budget-friendly. Remember to negotiate boat fares before starting your tour. A short walk from Gowainghat is also possible, approximately 4 km.
