From Sreemangal town, the most convenient way to reach Baikka Beel is by hiring a CNG auto-rickshaw (also known as a tuk-tuk). Negotiate the round trip fare in advance, typically ranging from 400-500 BDT. The journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Alternatively, you can rent a Jeep or Mahendra car if traveling in a larger group (8-10 people), with fares varying accordingly. The CNG stand is located near the Sreemangal train station. Inform the driver that you are going to Baikka Beel near Baruna Madrasa. The final 3km of the journey is along an unpaved road, so be prepared for a bumpy ride.

Walking
For the adventurous, trekking or cycling to Baikka Beel is an option. From Sreemangal, take the road towards Moulvibazar. After approximately 6km, look for a signboard indicating the turnoff to Baikka Beel on the left. From this point, it's roughly a 2-hour walk along a country road to the sanctuary entrance. Alternatively, take a bus that will drop you off at the highway turnoff and then trek to Baikka Beel. This route offers scenic views of the countryside and rural life in Bangladesh. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
