From the central area of Antwerp, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Antwerpen, De Keyserlei'. Take bus number 500 towards 'Leuven' and stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at 'Leuven, Station'. From the bus station, it's a 15-minute walk to the Historic Leuven Town Hall. Head south on 'Martelarenlaan', then turn left onto 'Diestestraat'. Continue straight until you reach 'Grote Markt', where the Town Hall is located at number 9.

Make your way to 'Antwerp Central Station' (Antwerpen-Centraal). Purchase a ticket to 'Leuven' at the ticket counter or the automated machines. Trains to Leuven run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Leuven Station', exit the station and turn left onto 'Martelarenlaan'. Continue straight, then turn left onto 'Diestestraat'. Walk until you reach 'Grote Markt', where you will find the Historic Leuven Town Hall at number 9.

The ride is approximately 25 kilometers and takes around 1.5 hours. When you arrive in Leuven, follow the signs to the city center, and you will find 'Grote Markt' where the Historic Leuven Town Hall is located.
