Walking
From the center of De Haan, head east towards the beach by taking the main road (Koningin Astridlaan) until you reach the promenade. Once you reach the promenade, turn left and walk along the beach. Continue walking until you reach the end of the beach area where it intersects with Oosteroever. From there, head towards the north along the coastal path. After approximately 2 km, you will enter the city of Ostend. Follow the signs towards the city center. As you walk into the city, keep an eye out for Prins Boudewijnstraat, which is a major street in Ostend. The Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul is located on this street. Look for the large, recognizable church as you approach.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in De Haan. Start your ride by heading east towards the beach. Once you reach the beachfront promenade, turn left and cycle along the beach. Continue cycling until you reach the entrance of Ostend. Once you enter Ostend, follow the bike path signs leading to the city center. Make your way towards Prins Boudewijnstraat. The Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul is located on this street. It's a popular landmark, so you should be able to spot it easily as you approach.

Walk to the nearest bus stop in De Haan (such as 'De Haan, Centrum'). Take the bus line 42 towards Ostend. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ostend city center, get off at 'Oostende, Kerkstraat' stop. From there, walk along the Kerkstraat towards the Prins Boudewijnstraat. The Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul will be directly ahead as you approach the street. It's a short and easy walk from the bus stop.
