You will need to get off at the 'Langemark' stop, which is about a 40-minute ride. Once you arrive at Langemark, walk straight for about 10 minutes along Klerkenstraat, and you will find the Duitse Militaire Begraafplaats on your left at Klerkenstraat 86a.
