    From the center of Knokke-Heist, head towards the Knokke train station. Once you arrive at the station, purchase a train ticket to Bruges (Brugge). The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes and trains run frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive at Bruges train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop outside. Take bus number 1 or 2 towards 'Brugge Markt'. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Brugge Markt' stop. From there, walk straight towards the Markt square. The Provincial Court is located at Markt 3, on the left side of the square. It is a prominent building that you can't miss.

    Rent a bicycle in Knokke-Heist and head towards Bruges. Follow the designated cycling paths that lead to Bruges; the distance is approximately 15 kilometers. You can take the coastal route for scenic views, or opt for the more direct route via the N49 road. Once you reach Bruges, head towards the city center. Lock your bicycle at a designated bike parking area near the Markt square. The Provincial Court is located at Markt 3, and you can easily spot it from the square.
