    From the city center of Kortrijk, start at the main square (Grote Markt) and head southeast towards the River Leie. Cross the bridge (Sint-Michielsbrug) and continue straight until you reach the intersection with the R8 road. Turn left onto R8 and follow the signs for the A17 motorway towards France. After approximately 4 kilometers, look for signs indicating the direction to Fromelles. You will pass through the town of Bissegem and then through the countryside. Stay on the main road until you reach Fromelles. Once in Fromelles, follow Rue de la Basse ville until you arrive at the Museum of the Battle of Fromelles.
