Getting There

Walking
From the Kortrijk train station, exit and head east on Stationsstraat. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Grote Markt. Turn left onto Grote Markt and continue walking for about 200 meters. You will see the Church of Saint Martin on your right. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn right onto the pedestrian street, which leads you to the city center. Follow the signs for public transport toward Lille and make your way to the bus station at the end of the street. There, take the bus number 3 towards Lille for approximately 40 minutes. Get off at 'Gare Lille Flandres' stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the Notre-Dame-de-la-Treille Cathedral located at Pl. Gilleson.

Public Transport
Start at the Kortrijk train station. Take the train to Lille Flandres Station, which is a direct route and takes around 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Lille Flandres, exit the station and head southwest towards the Rue Faidherbe. Continue straight, and after about 400 meters, turn right onto Rue de la Monnaie. Walk for another 300 meters, and you will reach Pl. Gilleson, where the Notre-Dame-de-la-Treille Cathedral is located.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Kortrijk. From the city center, head towards the canal and follow the bike path along the canal toward Lille. The cycling route is approximately 20 kilometers and will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Lille, follow signs to the center. When you get near the city center, head to Pl. Gilleson. The Notre-Dame-de-la-Treille Cathedral is located right at the square.
