Walking
From the center of Kortrijk, head east towards the 'Grote Markt' (Main Square). Walk along 'Korte Steenstraat' until you reach the 'Zuidstraat'. Turn left onto 'Zuidstraat' and continue straight. After a few minutes, you'll reach the 'Kortrijk train station'. From the station, take a train to Poperinge. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Poperinge station, exit the station and turn left onto 'Helleketelweg'. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will find the Nine Elms British Cemetery on your right.

Bicycle
If you choose to bike, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Kortrijk. Start from the 'Grote Markt' and head east on 'Korte Steenstraat', then take 'Zuidstraat' toward the train station. Continue on 'Zuidstraat' and cross the bridge over the river. Follow the signs for 'Poperinge'. The route will take you through scenic areas outside of Kortrijk. After approximately 12 kilometers, you will arrive at Poperinge. Once in Poperinge, head to 'Helleketelweg' and follow it until you reach the cemetery.

Take bus line 3 from the main bus station in Kortrijk. The bus will take you directly to Poperinge. After about 40 minutes, disembark at the 'Poperinge' bus stop. From there, walk towards 'Helleketelweg' by heading straight down 'Stationstraat' and turning right once you reach 'Helleketelweg'. Walk along 'Helleketelweg' for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Nine Elms British Cemetery on your left.
