From Zeebrugge, walk to the Zeebrugge Dorp bus stop. Take bus line 16 towards Ghent. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the 'Gent - St. Pieters' station. Transfer to tram line 1 towards 'Ledeberg'. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Gent - Kouter'. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the Great Beguinage of Sint-Elisabeth. Walk southeast on Kouter towards the Veldstraat, then turn right onto Veldstraat. Continue straight onto Sint-Elisabethstraat, which leads you directly to Groot Begijnhof.

From Zeebrugge, walk to the Zeebrugge Dorp train station. Board a train to Ghent, which typically takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ghent's main train station, walk towards the bus terminal and take bus line 3 or 9 towards 'Gent - Noord'. Get off at the 'Gent - Kouter' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk. Head southeast on Kouter towards Veldstraat, turn right onto Veldstraat, and continue straight onto Sint-Elisabethstraat until you reach Groot Begijnhof 67.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle in Zeebrugge. Start by heading southeast towards the coastal road and follow the signs leading to the city of Ghent. The ride will take approximately 1.5 hours, covering about 25 kilometers. Once in Ghent, navigate towards the center and follow the signs to the Great Beguinage. It is located at Groot Begijnhof 67, easily reachable from the city center.
