If you're traveling by car, start from the main roads in Coastal Plains. Head to the nearest highway, which is the Philip Goldson Highway (Hwy 1). Turn onto Hwy 1 and drive north. Continue on the highway for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the town of Orange Walk. From Orange Walk, take the exit toward the Belize City/Belmopan direction. Follow the signs to Belmopan and then take the exit for the Hummingbird Highway (Hwy 2). Stay on the Hummingbird Highway for about 20 kilometers until you see signs for the Blue Hole National Park. Follow the signs leading you to the park entrance. Parking is usually available at the entrance, but there may be a small fee for parking.

To reach The Blue Hole using public transportation, start by catching a bus from Coastal Plains to Orange Walk. Buses leave frequently from the main bus terminal in Coastal Plains. Once in Orange Walk, transfer to a bus heading towards Belize City or Belmopan. Inform the driver that you need to get off at the Hummingbird Highway junction. After disembarking, wait for a local shuttle or shared taxi that will take you directly to the Blue Hole National Park entrance. Ensure you have small bills ready for fare payments, as drivers may not accept large denominations.
