Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car from the center of Coastal Plains, head west towards the Hummingbird Highway (Southern Highway). Merge onto the Hummingbird Highway and continue for approximately 20 kilometers. Look for the sign for St. Herman's Blue Hole National Park. Take the exit and follow the signs to the park entrance. There is a small entrance fee of about BZD 5 (Belize dollars) per person. Once inside the park, follow the signs to St. Herman's Cave, which is a short walk from the parking area.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can catch a bus from the main bus terminal in Coastal Plains. Look for buses heading to Belmopan or San Ignacio. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the entrance of St. Herman's Blue Hole National Park. The fare should be around BZD 5-7. After getting off the bus, you may need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach the park entrance. Once there, there is a small entrance fee of about BZD 5 per person. Follow the signs to St. Herman's Cave once inside the park.
