From the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary entrance, head southwest on the access road. Continue until you reach the Hummingbird Highway (approximately 5 miles). Turn left onto the Hummingbird Highway. Drive for about 12 miles until you see the sign for Billy Barquedier National Park, which is located 1.5 miles off the highway. Follow the signs to the park entrance.

From the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, take a local bus or shuttle service heading to Dangriga or Belmopan on the Hummingbird Highway.
