From the center of San Ignacio, head west on Burns Avenue towards the Macal River. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Western Highway (also known as George Price Highway). Cross the highway and continue straight on the path that leads towards the village of San Jose Succotz. Follow the signs directing you to Xunantunich. The walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes.
