    If you are in Jakar town, start by heading towards the main street. Walk east on the main road, passing by local shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the junction where the road splits. At the junction, take a left turn onto the road leading uphill. Follow this road for about 10 minutes, enjoying the scenic views of the valley. Jakar Lhakhang will be on your right side, and you will see its distinctive white and gold structure. The temple is well-signposted, so look for the signs as you approach.

    From the Jakar Dzong, which is a popular landmark, exit the Dzong complex and head down the road towards the town center. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking until you reach the aforementioned junction. Take a left at the junction and proceed uphill for about 10 minutes until you see Jakar Lhakhang on your right.
