From the center of Bumthang (Jakar), begin at the Jakar Dzong. Head north along the main road, following the signs towards Tang Valley. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Tang Valley and continue walking for another 5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for local landmarks such as the Tang River on your right. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the entrance to Tang Valley. Once in the valley, continue on the main path, and after about 10 minutes, look for the sign for Woblathang Farm, which is where the Wind Horse Ranch & Riding Club is located. It’s approximately a 30-minute walk from Jakar to the ranch.
