From Gasa, head southeast on the Gasa-Thimphu Highway (NH 5). Continue driving for about 12 kilometers until you reach the junction for the Dzongdrakha Monastery. Take the left turn and follow the road for an additional 5 kilometers. The road will lead you to a parking area near the monastery. From there, it's a short hike up a well-marked trail to reach the monastery entrance.

Catch a local bus from Gasa to the nearest bus stop serving the route to Dzongdrakha. The bus will head toward the Gasa-Thimphu Highway. Inform the driver of your destination so they can drop you off at the junction for Dzongdrakha Monastery. After getting off, you will need to walk approximately 5 kilometers along the road until you reach the parking area. From the parking area, take a short hike on the trail to the monastery.
