    If you're driving from Gasa, start by heading east on the Gasa-Thimphu Highway. Follow the road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction at Punakha. Take the left fork towards Thimphu. Continue driving for another 50 kilometers. You will eventually see signs for the Trans Bhutan Trail near Norzin Lam in Thimphu. The entire drive should take around 2-3 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.

    To reach the Trans Bhutan Trail via public transportation, you can take a local bus from Gasa to Thimphu. Buses usually depart in the morning from Gasa's bus terminal.
