If you are driving from the central town of Sarpang, head east on the main highway towards Gelephu. After about 30 km, take a left onto the road leading to Dochula. Continue on this road for approximately 15 km until you reach the parking area for Druk Wangyel Monastery. The monastery is located in Dochula, and you will see signs directing you to the site.
