Walking
If you are near the Clock Tower in the center of Thimphu, head southwest along Norzin Lam. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with Pedzoe Lam. Turn left onto Pedzoe Lam and walk straight for about 5 minutes. The National Library & Archives of Bhutan will be on your right, identifiable by its traditional Bhutanese architecture.

From Tashichho Dzong, exit the dzong and head southeast on Kawang Jangsa Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pedzoe Lam. Turn right onto Pedzoe Lam and walk for approximately 8 minutes. The National Library & Archives of Bhutan will be on your left.
