Walking
From the center of Thimphu (Clock Tower Square), head south on Norzin Lam. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Phenday Oudpel Lam. Turn left onto Phenday Oudpel Lam. Walk for approximately 250 meters, and you will see Khamsum Inn on your right side.

If you are near the National Assembly Building, exit the building and walk east on Chhogyal Lam toward the intersection with Norzin Lam. Turn left onto Norzin Lam and walk for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Phenday Oudpel Lam. Turn right onto Phenday Oudpel Lam and walk for another 250 meters to find Khamsum Inn on your right.

From the Tashichho Dzong, exit the grounds and walk north on Chhogyal Lam for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the junction with Norzin Lam. Turn right onto Norzin Lam and continue for about 1 kilometer. When you reach Phenday Oudpel Lam, turn left and walk for about 250 meters to arrive at Khamsum Inn, which will be on your right.
