If you are in the central area of Tarija, start at Plaza Principal Luis de Fuentes. Head southeast towards Calle Sucre, which should take you about 5 minutes on foot. Once you reach Calle Sucre, turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenida El Libertador. Turn right onto Avenida El Libertador and continue for approximately 10 minutes. You will see Mercado Bolivar on your right, located at F77H+GM5, Bolivar, Tarija.

From Plaza Principal Luis de Fuentes, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida 6 de Agosto. Take any local bus heading towards the south of the city. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop near Calle Bolivar. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Mercado Bolivar, which will be straight ahead at F77H+GM5, Bolivar.
