From the central plaza of Tarija (Plaza Luis de Fuentes), head south on Calle 15 de Abril. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Potosí. Turn left onto Av. Potosí and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle Raquel D'Arlach. Turn right onto Raquel D'Arlach. Continue walking on this street for about 10 minutes, and you will find Mirador Juan Pablo II at number 470 on your left.
