If you are in the central area of Tarija, start by heading towards Plaza Principal. From the plaza, walk east on Calle Sucre until you reach Avenida 6 de Agosto. Turn left onto Avenida 6 de Agosto and continue until you reach Calle Bolivar. Turn right onto Calle Bolivar, and you will find Parque Bolívar a short distance ahead on your left.
