Getting There

Car
If you are driving, head towards the main road leading out of Sarajevo towards the south-west. From the city center, take the M17 road and follow the signs for 'Pale' and 'Sokolac'. After approximately 18 km, you will reach a junction; take the left turn onto the R442 road. Keep following this road for about 10 km until you reach the small village of Lukomir. Once you arrive in Lukomir, follow the signs to the viewpoint, which is a short walk from the village center.

Public Transportation
To reach Lukomir viewpoint using public transportation, start by taking tram line 3 from the city center to 'Baščaršija'. From there, catch a bus to 'Pale' (look for bus number 29 or 30). The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once in Pale, you will need to take a taxi or arrange for a local transport service to get to Lukomir, as public transport does not go directly to the viewpoint. The taxi ride from Pale to Lukomir should take about 20 minutes. Upon arrival in the village of Lukomir, follow the signs to the viewpoint, which is a short walk away.
