Walking
From the center of Trebinje, head towards the main road (M6) that leads out of the town. Walk along the road until you reach the bus station. From there, you need to catch a local bus heading towards the border with Montenegro. Make sure to ask the driver for the stop near Rt Veslo. Once you reach the stop, disembark and follow the signs towards the waterfront. The Blue Cave is located a short walk from the shore; just keep walking along the water until you see the natural rock formation.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Trebinje. Start from the town center and head towards the main road (M6). Follow the road for about 10 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of the surrounding hills. You will reach a fork; take the left path that leads towards the water. Once you arrive at the waterfront, park your bicycle and walk towards the Blue Cave, which should be visible from the shore.

Locate the Trebinje bus station in the town center. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to the nearest town in Montenegro. Ensure you confirm with the staff that the bus stops near Rt Veslo.
